Machen Daffodils
March 1st is St. David's Day in Wales and one of the emblems alongside Red Dragon is the Leek and Daffodil.
We arrived home on Friday 7th March, late at night, and it wasn't until yesterday when I travelled into Cardiff that I noticed the lovely line of daffodils as one enters my village.
Today is a glorious day, one of the few we've had year, and to me the daffodils were begging to be photographed in the sunshine.
I took a few using the Olympus 12-40 Pro lens and then snapped on the Olympus 75mm prime for a this blip. It's a lens I haven't used for a while but I can see why it's so acclaimed in the micro four thirds world.
