Today's the day ......................... to see strange things

Went to the Scottish Gallery of Modern Art in Edinburgh today and saw a very strange exhibition.

It was entitled Louise Bourgeois - A Woman Without Secrets. It included some very disturbing pieces from the 90s like something called Couple I – a stuffed fabric creation addressing the complex relationship between men and women which Bourgeois made from one of her own blouses, as well as socks and tights.

I'm afraid that by the end we'd all decided that it was a load of old nonsense - and quite frankly, it was a shame she hadn't kept her secrets to herself.

On the other hand, this Anthony Gormley statue at the entrance to the Gallery was equally bizarre - but full of fun ........................
