Hats off To The Good Weather

Awake at stupid O Clock to go for a run with the MAMILS ( Middle Aged Men in Lycra ) and it was all worth it .

Eleven miles done with relative ease and with views like this who wouldn't want to be up so early .

So hot it felt like summer which doesn't really explain why the men were all wearing hats !! I of course had no such headwear infact I was only one step away from sun screen .

Endorphins as pre breakfast chaser, that's the way to do it on a Sunday .

Back home in time for food and a snooze.
