Bamboo and moss

We went for a lovely walk along one of the back roads. I've always liked this gate with the bamboo growing beside it and along the fence. The moss on the roof is very typical of older buildings here. The little house is on what we call the French Farm because the owner is French. He and his wife have built a beautiful new house just down the road, and they have an amazing organic garden which we plan to visit one of these days to get some gardening tips.
