Oliver Tambo bust

A bust of Oliver Tambo by sculptor Ian Walters, in Albert Road Recreation Ground, Alexandra Park.
Tambo lived in exile from South Africa in a house near the park - Nelson Mandela stayed for a short time in the early 1960s and then returned soon after he was released from captivity in the 1990s where he was photographed visiting this quiet London suburb.
