18 degrees in London today bought everyone out from hibernation. It was a glorious day after what has felt like eternal winter. Hyde Park was packed with cyclists, promenaders, skateboarders and skaters. There was a definite holiday atmosphere. Spring is here. It's been a long time a-comin'
