Time to test the injury

My strategy of continuing train on my dodgy calf backfired several weeks ago. So I changed plan and stopped running on It altogether to allow it time to recover. So now with 5 weeks to go to the marathon it's time to find out if the calf is up to it with an easy bike ride today and run tomorrow.

Good news is it was fine on the bike. After the bike ride had a nice visit to strawberry hill house with the lappers.
