There's the Waverley !!

Growing up in Port Glasgow, a town overlooking the firth of Clyde, we would often stop whatever game we were playing to decry the passing of the paddleship Waverley. Always as if it was completely unexpected.
Well today I had several unexpected things. Seeing the Waverley docked at the Science Centre was one. Bumping into a friend at the Botanics was another. And spending the evening with another makes three.
Funny how we can all put the problems we face to bed when talking to a friend. It seems easy. We're on one another's side. We love one another. I want more of this. x
