Indian Pizza
In Singapore, the ethic Indians had a local delight called Roti Prata. It is actually dough that are tossed and turned into thin layer before they are fried into crispy "pizza" on the flat pan.these pratas are best eaten with traditional spicy curry or sugar. It takes many years of experience before one can master the art of tossing the dough.
