" When it's Spring Again?"

Well this surely confirms it doesn't it? We went for a walk this afternoon from Stogumber towards Kingswood and apart from dancing butterflies, bumble bees and numerous daffodils, we saw this beautiful dog violet in the hedgerow. My blip was a toss up between this pretty little flower or swarms of midgies. Well no contest was there.

Matthew has thoroughly enjoyed his weekend. He sat with us and watched the Dancing on Ice final and it was very emotional watching Torvill and Deane dance Bolero for the last time.

It will be sad to take him back tomorrow but at least we know he has shared this wonderful warm weekend with us. We opened the bottle of Pink Cava that I was given for my birthday and drank it in the garden. I suppose it's too much to hope that this weather stays with us for a while!!
