Workout Wednesday

So it turns out this rotation is really hit or miss. Most afternoons there is nothing going on so I decided to just stay until one and then maximize my time by going home and studying for the rat of the day instead of sitting there and waiting around for nothing to happen. At least this way I can get in some good workouts and study time. I'm a fan of easy electives!
