Today we had better. High 80's and beautiful! After Skyping mum we went down to la jolla shores and tried out our wetsuits for the first time. Took our snorkeling gear and spent an hour in the water. They worked well keeping us warm. Only prob was poor visibility in the water due to foggy googles and the swell churning up the sandy bottom. We did manage to see a few leopard sharks beneath us which freaked the wife out even though they are harmless. We made our way back to shore soon afterwards.

We had lunch at a sushi restaurant on this blipped road. Full of different shops, beach rentals and restaurants. It was like being on holiday and we made a promise to do it more often now we have sprung forward.

A relaxing afternoon with a bit of office spring cleaning ready for another busy week ahead!
