The Little Chapel on the Hill
Left my “blipping” a bit late after a particularly lovely Sunday lunch with friends that stretched long into the evening!
On my walk home, I passed the Ermita de Santana, perched at the very top of the village and lavishly spot lit at night (and therefore visible for miles around). Santa Ana guards the upper part our little pueblo, while San Anton does his duty at the bottom and our parish church in the central plaza is dedicated to the Virgin of the Rosary – so we’re pretty well covered on the saintly protection front!
