Hobbit Country

Wales really looks a lot like a Lord of the Rings cliché. Sheep, ponies, short girls, and loads of hills.

Yesterday, we had the kind of sunshine that was beforehand considered impossible to exist in Wales in March. But instead of carrying a pile of umbrellas and fighting polar bears over the last island in a flood, we climbed a green hill next to Abersychan, saw ponies and sheep and loads of dirtbikers, and probably got a little sunburn.
