I heart meat

I'm tired today. I blame the random pub crawl from yesterday. And early morning swimming. And Chabal.

Youngling #1 was still away at his sleep over so training was a little less chaotic to get ready for. It was a great session. Shame he wasn't there.

Then all I really did was cook a great lump of meat for tea. Is was just ok but a million times better than evil brisket. I think I might start cooking beef by the well-done timings as it seems to be coming out a bit too pink and bloody. Maybe I should get a meat thermometer and be done with it. I should also buy less meat. I'll be on chewy beef sarnies all week!
