What a difference a year makes...

Today was Cambridge Half Marathon day and it was incredible just how different the day was. So last year it was snowing and this year it was hot. So so hot. Boiling frigging hot. Like summer. Ish. It must have been high teens at least. Honestly, it was hot. Especially to run in.

But run 4000 odd people did. There was tremendous support this year with people lining the streets and lots of cheering going on. This is Katie, Neil, Michaela and myself at the finish line and you can see the beautiful blue sky in the background. Incredibly Neil and Katie both got PB's even in the sweltering heat.
