Golden Cap

The final part of my chiropractic treatment this morning was to take a gentle walk. So as I had some errands to run in town I decided I would walk along the seafront, walk up through the gardens and then down through town to complete my shopping. It was glorious, the sun was warm and the sea was unrecognisable from the angry wild water it was just a few short weeks ago. As I walked up through the gardens I looked across at Golden Cap and thought how lucky I am to live here !
