Pushing up the daffodils
Some push up daisies.
But the Wordsworths' preference,
Is for daffodils.
Back blipped.
I don't know if you can make out the inscription, but this is the grave of Christopher Wordsworth - not as famous as his brother, but it still seems fitting there should be daffodils by his grave. He was a rector of St Margaret the Queen in Buxted for 25 years until his death in 1846 , which is where I walk with the dog most days (and where the majority of my blips are from). I don't know if his more famous brother ever visited Buxted .... that would've been a good blip!
