Softly, softly.....

The amazing red outside had moved round slightly when I first came down this morning and I enjoyed it inside. Made a beautiful start to Monday! Sadly, the sun didn't stay too long today, but memories of those magnificent weekend days will remain.

Our new friend did brilliantly and I discovered she was a 'returner' and had been with us in the nursery, some four years ago. Hence the confidence maybe.

Now I shall watch Mary Berry Cooks on catch up, and so Monday passes. And I can't complain about it either; it's been good.
