Back from the Mediterranean

Monday morning, and the Sleeper has delivered us safely back to Edinburgh ...

... every single train, over the last few days, has been absolutely on-time and a completely relaxing experience--- it really is the only civilised way to travel ;-)

Quick snap of a Mediterranean tomato - bought at that local market in Southern France yesterday - and the factor 30 sun-cream, that I don't think we'll be needing again for a while :-(

Back home now, after a long day in the Office, followed by a Local Surgery, and a Community Council Meeting ... no rest for the wicked!

But seriously - a really lovely weekend, celebrating with friends' old and new :-))

... back to the training-regime tomorrow!
