Change of plan ????

For the past few years there's has been talks of St George's building a new improved state of the art school using land where the derelict vicarage is well I am guessing planning permission has been refused as I saw this sign on the way home tonight, I knew it was a listed building but due to lots of vandalism and arson there it's in a pretty bad way I wonder what will become of it now
