My journey.

That’s the easy bit, the M6 Toll is nearly at an end and the M42 beckons as I travel home. Work in Cannock today and the toll road is the best way for me as my destination is situated on the second junction from the end and saves me about twenty off a round trip of eighty miles. With its wide expanses of empty tarmac it is a delight to travel its empty carriageways and now the confines of the next motorway which takes me south down the east side of Birmingham hovers into view with its accompanying queues and stoppages. Only another thirty minutes to go before I’m home.
