Green Lacewing

This Green Lacewing had somehow found its way into our kitchen. I didn't have time to photograph it or put it outside when spotted it this morning because I had to get ready to go to work. Fortunately it had barely moved when I came home and it was successfully released after I'd taken a couple of shots.

This day was pretty much the same as all the others after I got home from work and more boxes were emptied and sorted. At 7 pm I had to give up because my feet had become too sore and needed a rest.
