Hans Weigand:Ice House-Sarasota,FL

My friends and I visited the new gallery called Ice House in Sarasota to see the show of Hans Weigand: Neue Vienna Art. The gallery created out of an old Ice House in Sarasota is exciting in its presentation and display of wonderful work by Austrian artist Hans Weigand. He is a multidimensional artist working with metallic paints, creative images and wonderfully moody atmospheres. I was enchanted by his work, both colors and images. He is influenced by Sarasota, California, Hawaii and of course Europe. It is a must see show that is running through the 16th of March 12-6 p.m. The Ice House is a wonderful art space, and they also have a trendy art museum type store with some great clothing, images and art things...be sure and check it out, if you are in the neighborhood! Alfstad& is exploring new ways to produce art, collaborate with artists and present multidimensional art exhibitions. Our goal is reimagine how to make and market art-to create a new business model for artists everywhere. They are off to a great start!
