all alone ...

on my excursion today I saw some lovely pussy willow, a blackbird, some crows, 1 heron, 2 ducks, 1 grey wagtail and 1 goose ... I also thought the reflections in the river were very good even although the tide was low. So out of my photos it was a choice in the end of the pussy willow and the goose. Guess who won ? You don't often get one goose on it's own but this one was clearly solo. I think it is a Pink Footed Goose and I still wonder why it was the only one ... I watched it for quite a while ... take care ... :)

PS ... On the way back over the bridge the elusive Egret was lurking in that big pool at the side of the road just after the roundabout ..... Grrrrrr ... I waited around for ages too ... Oh well ... Another time ... :)
