I wonder?

While out today I drove past this:

I'm not sure what it is maybe a water tower or something but I find it intriguing

Few windows and a door and it could be a quirky little home

Okay admittedly you would need a bathroom and kitchen too and it would be a nightmare getting the kids and shopping in up the ladder

But fun none the less :)
