Morning Light

The River Clyde looked stunning this morning as I was driving up to Glasgow. I could not miss an opportunity and made a quick stop in Port Glasgow to take few shots of an old favourite of mine.

Everything seemed perfect looking out across the river to the Perch Lighthouse with the wispy clouds set against the blue sky and the frosty mist starting to rise from the distant hills.

Those who follow my blips will have seen some of my previous images of the Perch Lighthouse. The lighthouse was built around 186o and is situated just off Coronation Park in Port Glasgow.
