Think this old farmhouse would make a lovely home when renovated.

I rarely see it from the front - but from the public footpath the runs to the rear of the property. Before it fell into disrepair - afternoon teas were sold here

3yo became 4yo today - so will hopefully be partaking of tea and birthday cake myself this afternoon

May even be allowed to play with some of the birthday presents - yay
