Verdigris: What the Estate Agent doesn't tell you

Its great living in the country as opposed to metro-city. But living close to things like trees and streams is that everything can get damp. When it gets damp in just encourages the build-up of verdigris.

So todays task was to get the yard broom out, organise a bucket of hot water and then set about the garage doors to scrub the retched stuff off. Mind you 60 mins later and the front of the house does look a whole lot better
