Perfect Day

Woke up to more glorious sunshine, and it was actually very warm today too. 17 degrees! In early March!

I had a nice day doing housey jobs and then hanging out with the family. I decided to take a leap and venture into London this evening with a guy friend. He does a bit of dj-ing at a bar in Soho, so it was great for me to see what he gets up to. We had such a lovely night. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and I definitely want to go again. It was really balmy walking there this evening. We drove up, and then had a 15 minute walk to get there. It was so pretty to see all the nice restaurants and the bustle of the city. It was such a great night, I'm actually really sad it's over. Home by 1:30, bed at 3 makes for a tired girl today!

Totally worth it though. I realised I need to do more fun things for myself. After all, life is for living.
