Aye, Typical
Despite the obvious nods to everything in this image being typically Scottish (William Wallace's Mounument, tartan scarf, red hair, big puddle of rainwater) the most atypical feature has to be all that blue sky and sunshine. Brilliant it was. Wasn't hanging around in any classroom this afternoon either when we could be out snapping photos, chucking stones into puddles and getting our nice white gutties all covered in mud.
Loads more walkers and joggers and cyclists out early today too; it's amazing how much more pleasant and chatty and smiley everyone is when the sun's shining (or just about to shine). Didn't hear one person dissing the Jet Stream today now that it's sucked all this nice high pressure our way. Not that I heard many people dissing it when it dragged all the rubbish stuff over us through the wet winter.
Can we have some more please?
