Blossom on a Beautiful Day

Taken in a five minute opportunity to catch a photograph today. I've been really busy, and didn't get much chance to enjoy the sunshine. I did see the beautiful sunrise, misty and frosty, and the glorious golden sunset.

My friends in the band Ashton Lane often release a song recorded in their kitchen around 11 am on a Tuesday. Today's Kitchen Session is A Ballad for Ruby Bridges, written by Ian White. I've recorded with Ian in the past, but didn't know this song. Moving lyrics about a very brave lady, much to ponder about loving your enemies.
