Checking out the competition....we win!

Our coffee, the view, the cakes the clientele's much better...but it was my day off and I had half an hour to kill after walking into town for some retail therapy.

Respiratory physiotherapy seems a bit of a swizz but she's such a sweet girl don't feel I can say that its all a load of tosh...she held my ribs for 60 secs while she checked I was breathing correctly!!!! In, out, in, out....great job...
Next week I might exhale through my ears just to shake things up a bit....

Lunch in Morans with Georgia then pudding round the corner with Auntie Ed. Alex watched the races n we left before they kicked out which meant we missed the race traffic.

Jo was gone 14hrs + she's shattered but having fun so far but it's only the first day ;-)

11/100 loving the freedom to shop for myself without having to think of buying for the girls. I do buy for them, treats n presents but they are no longer part of my budget...I just freely filled my basket with clothes for myself without a second thought. Good to do, once in a while x
