MATES IN NATURE.........

.... or maybe not!!!

Out walking this morning and spotted this butterfly flitting around the bush!

Not a lot else happening and needing to get a shot as have a busy arvo and evening.....

Finally it settled on this toppled gum tree trunk but well into the bush... thought I would just take a couple of shots as close as I could get (which was a fair distance away) and never expected to see what I found on the trunk next to it when downloading onto the computer?

Not the best of shots but liked it due the tones and the two of them, ant and butterfly sitting together.
