Smug Cat

A totally gratuitous shot of cat face at the beginning if the week. It's funny the physical combinations he's happy with - if I'm sitting next to G kitty will lay down on my lap just to show him who really owns who. The moment I rest my head on G's lap though he's all 'oh I'll just stick to my bit of the sofa, eh?' I never knew owning a cat would involve subtle politicking.

It was the end of a very busy day, which felt surprisingly good. Two days a week now I'm being 'borrowed' by another department, and the variety is making me feel better about work. I've got a lot more to do, but the challenge is healthy and I'm developing once again more of a stake in what I'm doing.
