Fight night

A real day of sport today.

Started with a big 35km run, followed by some time on the sofa with my brother watching football and rugby. Then in the evening we joined a packed out O2 Arena for UFC.

Matt is a big fan and I can see why he enjoys it so much. The guys are in great shape and each fight we saw was quite different from the last, it's also interesting to see how the different fight styles and techniques compete against each other. It can also be quite brutal but overall I really enjoyed the experience.
