Arsenic filters in #Bangladesh

The World Health Organisation has called the arsenic contamination of drinking water in Bangladesh, 'The single worst case of mass poisoning in human history'.

IMPACT Bangladesh estimates that around 40 per cent of people are suffering from arsenic related diseases in the areas in which we work.

To help tackle this problem IMPACT Bangladesh are providing families with SONO filters so they can remove harmful arsenic from their drinking water. We distribute SONO filters through our network of mothers club in Chuadanga to protect families from arsenic poisoning.
