Blackthorn

The Surrey hedgerows are bright with blackthorn and the hawthorn bushes are greening with bright little leaves.
It has been another warm bright day. I was indoors for much of it at a gathering of all the WIs in the area. We had lunch and a talk from auctioneer Jonathan Pratt and a thoroughly sociable day. On the way home I stopped off at Bookham Common to get my blip. I wish I hadn't been so dressed up and could have gone for a walk.
