14.5C and sunny. Slight misty haze, especially over the sea. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I had our walk after lunch. Just a light jacket required for the cool breeze from the light mist down by the sea.

The tide was out a bit today so we were able to get out on the rocks and take some pictures of the posts in the channel through the rocks. There is a wisp of seaweed left on the triangle where there had been a great bundle after the winter tides.

Walking up the road from the shore I heard at least three lawnmowers in the nearby gardens. Turning the corner into our street our neighbour across the road was mowing her front lawn. I had been thinking that the dry breeze and sun of the last couple of days would have taken some of the moisture from the grass and had been wondering if it might be time to get the mower out.

The front lawn has been mown. Maeve stayed indoors and had a snooze.
