Sun Goes Down behind the Rookery
Just to the west of my garden there are a few large sycamore trees, which I call the rookery, because the rooks nest there every year. At this time of year the sun goes down behind those trees, creating a brilliant silhouette of the bare branches and the newly built nests.
I like trees at this time of year rather than when they are in full leaf, but that is very much a personal thing, I hope you like the photograph anyway
