Preparing for a ceremony (?)

I'm guessing the tent on Monday's blip has something to do with Biathlon world cup that is held in Joensuu and the neighbouring municipality Kontiolahti. There are also three stages, some small stalls and a smaller thent at Joensuu market square. Today some fire stick performers and drummers were practicing on the stages, presumably for a ceremony connected to the Biathlon event.
