A bit rotten inside
After yesterday's longish walk we decided we'd take it a bit easier today.
Leisurely cooked breakfast at The Ship - I had kippers - then off to Blythburgh for a walk along the river.
This was in the national nature reserve alongside the reed beds and no doubt it took an act of parliament and permission from the Queen before they could cut the fallen tree up and clear the path.
There were still dangling branches clinging to other trees, they will be in deep trouble if one falls on a user of the public footpath.
Even warmer than yesterday and less wind.
Returned home via Southwold for fresh fish from the fishermen's huts.
