Emergency Blip time

Have had it up to here (you'll have to imagine me with a hand above my head) with my crappy laptop. I've had a number issues in the past few weeks with it even being in for scanning and repairs last week. Well I don't need the 'I told you sos' but I saved a PDF bid document I've been working on at 1pm and then went to save it 3 and a half hours later (yes I know I should save all the time) and the laptop crashed. I've tried to recover it through auto save but the only version saved was the 1pm version. Losing me 3 hours plus of intensive bid writing.

I was nearly in tears. Now spending the evening rewriting the bits I lost. No time for any thought in my blip tonight I'm afraid.

Some observations from the day:

1. I desperately need a new laptop
2. I can't rely on auto save
3. I've eaten a lot of chocolate
4. If I had been given a pound for every swear word today I'd be quite rich

Right. Better get back to it :-(
