Halfords bike shop are ace!

L and it have bought new bikes as mentioned in yesterday's blip
This very helpful chap (Elliott) posing with my new bike was a star tonight.

We had arranged I would have the display bike as it would take a week for a new one to arrive and last night they said they would also fit some lights I'd chosen and have it all ready today.

We arrived and he brought out the wrong bike! My ex show bike was still on the rack in the store. Elliott said he'd give it a check over and fit lights. He then discovered the inner tube on back tyre was perished so changed it over. He then had real problems with the gears but persevered as we had waited so long.

He eventually gave in and decided it was faulty and asked if I'd like a different bike. I chose the one pictured but the one on the rack was too big!
He found the same bike but a smaller frame but had to put it together. Such great customer service and they knocked £50 off the bike!

Such great customer service and very friendly and helpful.
