Lady Liberty!

What a wonderfully fantastic long day and its not yet over!

We had breakfast in a really cute off the main track diner and it was divine! I have never had a egg roll quite so big before, it was delicious.

After that we caught the subway, m/et a really sweet lady who helped us with our travel cards and headed to Battery Park. We then wondered around Battery Park and Wall Street and stopped for a drink and to check work emails (Chris not me but he did get notification of a contract win, so we are very happy) and then headed to the ferry for Statue of Liberty. Two wonderful hours wondering around, learning and just being tourists. Back to New York we had our first Pretzel, oh dear me, I think I am going to be coming home the size of a house…yummy. We had a look at the works around where the twin towers stood, incredible. We then caught the wrongtrain back to our apartment and are now getting ready to go to the Russian Tea Rooms for dinner.
