Cranberries

Tonight began Thanksgiving prep! I made two desserts, a traditional pumpkin pie and a more adventurous cranberry marshmallow cheesecake. It was my first-ever attempt at a cheesecake and it was a lot easier than I expected - and I hope it will be as yummy as it looks! These are the sugared cranberries waiting to be sprinkled over the cheesecake tomorrow before serving. I don't know yet how the turkey or any of the rest will come out, but I think I can declare with confidence that if nothing else, there will be plenty of dessert to go around!
