New Route...

I was introduced to a new route home by Mr Dalgety Bay Single Speed TFP Lung Buster today. His actual name is rather shorter than that but there was an incident some time ago involving myself coughing up a lung trying to keep up with him.

The route was no bad. No quicker, no less windy or hilly but it was different but just as we were coming off the bridge, we shared a hung head and sighed moment.

Just coming onto the bridge as we left it, we passed a young couple walking onto it, both heads down tapping into their mobile phones. My only hope is they were texting each other telling themselves that they really should look up and take in the splendour of a walk across an iconic structure.
