Calm after the storm

After going on an emotional rollercoaster yesterday feeling probably the lowest since last year. Today was about trying to pick myself up again it involved gym cleaning cuddling ..... Dogs. And watching a really cheesy film one more chance with James cordon. How did picking myself up go I'm very aware my emotions cost me something. So I'm not as low but I've got a few rungs to go I guess. Friday will be a test of that when once again I venture to the lions den.
