Cast one lingering look ...

This is the view of Oban Bay from the Corran Halls car park. It's not the most picturesque angle, but it was the best we could manage yesterday before we scuttled back to the windowless hole that is the Argyllshire Gathering Halls, where the Diocesan Synod was meeting.

Today the mist is down and a fine rain is falling. I fear I have missed two out of the three days of a window on Spring that other people are enjoying elsewhere. I just hope the results of yesterday's discussions make it worth the torment.
