My search for the perfect pizza

Since moving to our new neighborhood at the end of last year we have struggled to find a good pizza place to deliver our traditional Friday night pizza. In the end I gave up and have now started making my own. At first I bought pre-made dough from Wholefoods but found it difficult to roll out so am now making my own dough in the morning, letting it rise during the day so all I have to do is come home and assemble the pizza. Perfect!
